Overworld
The first trailer of FNaF World briefly showed a preview of the overworld, and it is very different from the final version.
The camera is much more zoomed in at Freddy, and all of the sprites are much bigger. Freddy is shown to walk diagonally and to have an animation for such. There also used to be sprites of flowers that were individually placed, rather than being a single sprite with multiple flowers as is in the final game.
When the game was released, the overworld had a 2D style, and the ability to walk diagonally was absent. At a later version, however, the overworld was completely redesigned to have a 3D style, but it did not resemble the one shown in the trailer. The ability to move diagonally was also brought back, yet Freddy doesn't perform a different animation when doing so.
Unused Enemies
Early Mechrab
The first trailer of FNaF World showed what appears to be an early version of Mechrab. It bears the same model and animation as Mechrab, but has a gold-colored shell rather than pink.
Early Prototype
In the first trailer of FNaF World and in an early screenshot, a robotic bear enemy is shown. It shares the same model as Prototype (his name being a reference to this enemy being scrapped), although with different colors and a different animation.
Shadow Freddy with Pizza Wheel 2
An early screenshot of the game showed Shadow Freddy with a different moveset. In the final game, Pizza Wheel 2 was replaced by Esc Key.
Slowstart Enemies

An early screenshot showed the chip selection screen, and it featured a chip that was not used in the final game: 'Slowstart Enemies'. This was the only chip that didn't have a colon in the name. This chip was replaced by the 'Block: Jumpscare' chip.
Given the name of chip, it would likely have given the enemies a debuff of speed for a short time at the start of battles.
